Our ecological bed & breakfast, in the middle of beautiful Alpi Orobie mountains, is located near Gerola Alta (Valtellina) in a small side valley called Valgerola.
Valgerola, well-known for its landscape beauties and for the culinary tradition of the cheese Bitto, offers visitors the warm hospitality of its people and the suggestion of ancient mountain traditions in a very beautiful natural environment. Valgerola also offers sport activities such as mountain-bike, ski and trekking.
GALLO CEDRONE is a small family inn situated inside a natural park (Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi); we will offer you a unforgettable holiday in nature, relaxing yourselves and eating our specialities. The house is in the quiet of the wood; you can reach it in a two-minute walk through a small road flanked by trees, in contact with the surrounding nature. The calm is cradled by the silence, the poetry of the wood, the starry sky that watches over our house.
What we propose to our guests is the emotion of a true ecological holiday; the products we offer at breakfast come from our biological garden, from organic farming and from fair trade. The b&b itself is built in local stones and wood, reserving special attention to energetic saving.
